Fruity Frozen Yogurt Bark
A fun, dairy-free treat that the whole family can help make. We love using a mix of seasonal fruits and a sprinkle of granola for crunch. Just freeze it, break it into shards, and keep it in the freezer for whenever you need a quick pick-me-up.
Ingredients:
- 1 peach
- 1 handful of blueberries
- 1/4 cup choice of granolas
- 1 tbsp of pumpkin seeds lightly toasted
- 1 jar of 480g Gutsuka Plain Coconut Yogurt

Method:
- Prep the Tray: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. This is a customizable recipe, so feel free to mix and match your toppings, but we love this peach and blueberry combination.
- Spread the Base: Spread the Gutsuka Plaint Coconut Yogurt over the parchment in a nice, even layer. Aim for a thickness of about 1/4 to 1/2 inch. Keep in mind that a thicker bark will take a bit longer to freeze.
- Top it Off: Place your sliced peaches, blueberries, pumpkin seeds, and granola on top of the yogurt. You can add as little or as much as you like, just press them in slightly so they stick.
- Freeze & Snap: Place the tray in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until completely firm. Once it’s solid, break the bark into shards. Let them sit for a minute before eating so they are just soft enough to bite into easily.
