
Guacamole
Adding a few spoonfuls of Gutsuka Coconut Yogurt is our favorite way to make guacamole extra creamy. It’s fresh, chunky, and hits the spot whether you’re spreading it on a morning bagel or dipping chips.
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 red onion diced
- 1 tomatoes diced
- Celery chopped
- 2 tbsp of Gutsuka Plain Coconut Yogurt
- Lime juice to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Jalapenos/green chilli diced
- A pinch of ground cumin

Method:
- Mash the Base: Slice the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl and mash with a fork. You can keep it chunky or make it completely smooth—it’s entirely up to you.
- Combine: Add the red onion, tomato, celery, and chillies. Stir in the Gutsuka Plain Coconut Yogurt, lime juice, and ground cumin until well mixed.
- Season: Give it a taste test. Add your salt, pepper, or an extra squeeze of lime if you want more zing. Serve immediately with your favorite bagels or chips.
Storage Tip: Store any leftovers in an airtight container with cling wrap pressed directly onto the surface to prevent browning. Keep refrigerated and enjoy within 2 days.
