
Coffee Overnight Oat
A creamy, caffeinated start to your morning. These oats are layered with our signature coconut yogurt for a dairy-free energy boost that tastes like a treat.
Ingredients:
For Overnight Oat
- 1/2 cup of rolled oats
- 1/2 cup of any plant-based milk
- 1/4 cup espresso/instant coffee
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp Gutsuka plain coconut yogurt
- Pinch of salt
- Coconut flakes
For Sweet Coffee Cream
- 2 tbsp instant coffee
- 2 tbsp sugar (optional)
- 2 tbsp hot water

Method:
- Combine oat, chia seeds and salt in a bowl or a glass jar.
- Pour in the milk, espresso, maple syrup then lastly the Gutsuka Plain Coconut Yogurt. Give it a good stir.
- Close the jar with a lid. Place in the fridge to set overnight (or at least 4 hours).
- The next morning, prepare the sweet coffee cream. Whisk the instant coffee, sugar and water with a hand mixer until it thickens and holds its shape.
- To create a beautiful cafe-style finish, add a fresh layer of Gutsuka plain coconut yogurt over the set oats before topping it with the sweet coffee cream.
- Garnish with your favourite topping (berries/cocoa powder/coconut flakes).
